1 sweet potato

A generous scoop of cottage cheese

How to Make Hot Honey Baked Sweet Potato

1. Bake the sweet potato

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Place the sweet potato on a baking tray and bake for 40–50 minutes, or until soft in the centre.

2. Add the cottage cheese

Slice the sweet potato open and fluff the inside slightly with a fork. Heap cottage cheese on top.

3. Drizzle the honey & sprinkle chilli flakes

Drizzle honey over the cottage cheese and finish with a pinch of chilli flakes.
