
Thick toasted sourdough topped with creamy Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, blueberries and homemade granola. Simple, filling and so good. ☺️
Ingredients 💛
1 slice sourdough bread
3–4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon peanut butter
A small handful of blueberries
2–3 tablespoons homemade granola
Optional
Honey or maple syrup
Method ☀️
Toast the sourdough until golden. Spread the Greek yoghurt over the toast. Drizzle over the peanut butter. Add the blueberries and granola on top. Finish with a drizzle of honey if you like a little extra sweetness.
