
A bright, creamy smoothie bowl made with frozen mango, strawberries and coconut, topped with passion fruit and edible flowers for a little tropical finish.
Ingredients
• 1 cup frozen mango
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• ½ cup Greek yogurt
• ½ cup almond milk
• 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
• ice (a small handful)
To top
• fresh passion fruit
• edible flowers
• extra coconut (optional)
Method
Add the mango, strawberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, coconut and ice to a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy, adding a little more almond milk if needed.
Pour into a bowl and top with passion fruit, edible flowers and a sprinkle of coconut.
Serve immediately.
