Think warm rice, honey mustard chicken, herbs and warming spices…the kind of ingredients that support energy, balance and that glow-from-within feeling.
Meals like this are exactly what I mean by beauty food. Not complicated wellness recipes, just real ingredients that nourish your body while still tasting delicious.
It’s satisfying, flavourful and perfect after the gym or on a busy day when you want something warm, nourishing and easy! 🩷
Why This Recipe Supports Beauty & Hormone Health
This recipe is built around ingredients that support steady energy, nourishment and hormonal balance.
Chicken is naturally high in protein, which helps support muscle recovery and keeps you feeling full and satisfied.
The spices also play an important role.
Cinnamon is widely known for supporting healthy blood sugar balance. Keeping blood sugar stable helps support energy levels and hormonal balance throughout the day.
Coriander supports digestion and brings warmth and depth to the dish.
Chilli flakes gently stimulate circulation and metabolism while adding a little heat.
Together with natural sweetness from honey and nourishing fats from olive oil, the result is a meal that supports your body while still feeling comforting and satisfying.
