Ingredients – Ninja Creami Lemon Sorbet
1. 4 large unwaxed lemons
2. 120ml fresh lemon juice
3.100g caster sugar 240ml water
4. Optional – fresh mint leaves
5.Optional – splash of limoncello
How to make lemon sorbet in the Ninja Creami
- Heat the water and sugar gently in a saucepan until the sugar fully dissolves.
- Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and optional limoncello.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
- Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and spin on the Sorbet setting.
- If needed, use the Re-spin function once or twice until smooth and scoopable
How to make lemon cups
Slice the lemons in half and carefully scoop out the flesh. Gently clean and pat dry the shells. Freeze the empty lemon halves until firm.
